What are rental installments?

Rental installments are equal payments made over the course of your lease term. The total lease amount is divided into 12 equal installments that are paid throughout the year.

Why is my rent not prorated?

Because the total lease amount is divided evenly into 12 installments, payments are not based on a monthly rental rate. This means there is no need to prorate rent based on move-in or move-out dates.

What if I need something repaired in my apartment?

If you need maintenance in your apartment, you can submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, call the leasing office, or stop by the front desk. For emergency issues, residents should notify the office immediately.

How do I pay my rent and when is it due?

Rent is due on the first day of each month and can be paid through the resident portal using a credit card or bank account. Residents may also pay with a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. Automatic payments can be set up through the resident portal for added convenience.
